Gecoveau is a small, deliberately unfashionable shop that builds the unglamorous systems other people would rather not. We ship pipelines, security work, conversion fixes, community infrastructure, and the occasional on-chain experiment — for clients who measure success in hours saved and audits passed, not in tweets.
We’re a six-flavor shop: ops automation, growth and CRO, community engineering, web3 integrations, security and compliance, and self-hosted AI. The thread between them is simple — practical work, on real systems, that survives the first audit and the first staff change.
Most agencies optimize for the deck. We optimize for the Tuesday morning four months later — when the consultant has long since cashed the check and someone on your team has to actually run the thing. If our work doesn’t outlive us on a project, we built it wrong.
Headquartered out of South Haven, Michigan. We work remote-first with clients across North America, with the occasional in-person week when the project actually warrants it.
